PROJECT OVERVIEW
De-steaming of the entire hospital site through a combined use of ground source and air source heat pumps.
A mixture of high-temperature, two-stage heat pump solutions and single stage low temperature heat pumps were used to suit the requirements of different wards, with heat emitters changed where intrusion could be accommodated.
Due to limited space, 3 packaged plantrooms were proposed with a ground loop per plantroom.
Supply of LTHW and DHW to 9 separate wards.
